You'll help us continue to build upon our great foundation building new programs and strengthening existing ones to ensure we are built for growth / scale, compliant, and remain market competitive. This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. What you'll do at Figma: Support Figma's values, goals, and culture by leading the design, development, and implementation of global compensation programs Partner on critical compensation programs and processes such as semi-annual compensation review cycles Collaborate with key stakeholders to analyze and assess the market competitiveness of Figma's global compensation offerings Craft communications and lead manager and Figmate education on compensation programs Ensure compensation plans and programs are compliant with local, state, and federal laws We'd love to hear from you if you have: 5+ years of experience driving compensation programs in a multinational company Subject matter expertise in compensation strategy and design Advanced experience within the tech industry Demonstrated experience building relationships with various leaders across the organization While not required, it's an added plus if you also have: Experience managing global compensation via Workday Experience with public company readiness and private equity management Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of urgency Strong executive presence At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. Pay Transparency Disclosure If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
