*Project Introduction *
9th Way Insignia is looking for a Business Analyst to work with the Veterans Administration (VA) to support the Office of Inspector General (OIG), requirement for comprehensive support in project management, business process reengineering, requirements analysis, and expert-level SharePoint (SP) and Power Platform (PP) subject matter expertise. This includes support from developers skilled in SharePoint architecture and implementation to support Microsoft's application lifecycle management. The work will focus on redesigning and migrating existing SharePoint on-premises applications to SharePoint Online (SPO) and the Power Platform, including the development and modernization of business processes.

The Business Analyst position aligns as Level 3, Senior Consultant at 9th Way Insignia. A Senior Consultant completes tasks and projects of moderate scope and complexity. A Senior Consultant exercises the best judgement and problem-solving skills within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action to execute assignments. Senior Consultant will also provide guidance and/or lead on tasks/projects.
*Responsibilities *
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for migrating or rebuilding legacy applications within SharePoint Online (SPO) or the Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. 8 additional years of directly relevant experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
