Requirements
Building Services Coordinator - SBS & Controls: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking a Building Services Coordinator - SBS & Controls to play a pivotal role in supporting MacDonald-Miller’s Building Services sales teams, with a focus on the Controls and Smart Building Services divisions. This role requires a strong commitment to serving both internal and external customers, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of the service department's operations. By leveraging this knowledge, the Coordinator will drive operational efficiencies, enhance sales performance, and resolve challenges independently and collaboratively across departments.

Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero:
Deliver on Deadlines: Consistently meet all reporting and sales document request deadlines.
Develop and Streamline Processes: Create, update, and share standard operating procedures aligned with SBS and Controls sales strategies as needed.
Proposal Management: Oversee the organization, maintenance, and distribution of SBS and Controls proposal template files.
RFP Support: Facilitate the intake and response process for Service Sales RFPs, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
SBS Intake Documentation: Collect and process all SBS intake documentation efficiently and accurately.
Job Log Coordination: Manage and update the job log, ensuring seamless coordination of write-ups and the closeout process.
Administrative Excellence: Provide administrative support, including CRM management, SharePoint site maintenance, and proactive development of customer-facing materials such as the Building Services organizational chart, resume files, and other essential documents.
The Building Services Coordinator - SBS & Controls reports directly to Natalie Crump, Sales Operations Manager, and is part of a collaborative team driving various projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This high-impact role offers broad visibility and involves interaction with employees across all levels and functions of the organization.

You should have…
At least four years of prior administrative experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical, interpersonal, and active listening abilities.
A proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments while remaining calm and effective.
Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Benefits
Compensation: $25/hour to $35/hour
