Requirements
Building Controls Project Coordinator: This is where you come in.
We’re seeking a Building Controls Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient service by managing Building Controls work across assigned areas or trades. This role is centered on clear, proactive communication with both internal and external customers, consistently prioritizing exceptional customer service. As Project Coordinator, you will support Controls Specialists and Low Voltage Installers by coordinating job schedules, evaluating and prioritizing duties, and ensuring accurate records to facilitate seamless field operations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational goals, manage overflow calls to ensure timely service, and work closely with leadership to foster a collaborative, solution-focused environment.

Customer Communication: Establish strong communication with both internal and external customers, addressing Building Controls needs and delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Efficient Job Coordination and Scheduling: Support the Building Controls Operations team by coordinating and scheduling projects to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Project Prioritization and Evaluation: Proactively assess and prioritize Building Controls projects within your assigned area/trade, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and response times are optimized.
Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain precise and comprehensive records to facilitate smooth coordination of field activities and ensure all relevant information is up-to-date and accessible.
Collaborative Cross-Functional Support: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Project Management, Building Controls Team Leads, and Electrical Superintendents, to achieve operational goals and foster a collaborative, solution-driven environment.
The Building Controls Project Coordinator role reports to Ashley Skelton/Service Response Center Supervisor on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Benefits
Compensation: $25-$31/hr
