As an associate strategy manager on the Partner Experience Innovation Center team, you will play an integral role in bringing the partner voice through data and insights to help develop strategies for the enterprise. You will manage complex, multi-org programs to ensure work is moving towards a shared vision and outcomes.

As an associate strategy manager, Partner Experience Innovation Center, you will…

  • Support strategy development by contributing to various stages of the innovation process including discovery, define, develop and execute

  • Champion for the partner (employee) experience within the enterprise to address pain points and build solutions to improve their overall experience.

  • Perform financial analysis and help build program level business cases that can be leveraged to provide recommendations

  • Distill and integrate a variety of research and data points into clear storytelling and actionable insights

  • Utilize effective storyboarding practices to build storylines for a variety of audiences including executive leaders

  • Manage and lead complex projects or multiple projects at one time with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Minimum 5 years diversified experience in strategy building, program management or product management

  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex programs, managing competing priorities, moving projects forward under tight deadlines in fast-paced environment

  • Cross-functional leadership with ability to co-create with internal and external stakeholders, influence others, build relationships, and work closely with a range of individuals with diverse interests, backgrounds, dispositions, and executive levels

  • Demonstrated project management experience, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong written and verbal presentation skills as core requirements

  • Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and inter-dependently with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to and aptitude for navigating large, ambiguous and matrixed organizations

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
