We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II. to join our team within the Business Operations Organization. In this role, you will combine critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical expertise to transform raw data into measurable and actionable reports that enable various operational teams to optimize processes, improve performance, and operate with precision and efficiency. Collaborating with cross functional teams, you will design and maintain advanced data models, dashboards, analyze key trends, and provide recommendations that drive measurable improvements across the Operations Organization. This role requires domain expertise in manufacturing and ideally aerospace, who proactively understands the "why" behind the data and use that to design solutions that optimize processes and foster organizational success. This role is central to data-driven decisions and fostering operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who not only meets technical qualifications but also exhibits the intellectual curiosity and problem-solving mindset needed to elevate the organization to new levels of performance. Special Mentions: Relocation Provided. Location: Any of the major manufacturing sites (WA, FL, or AL). Responsibilities include but not limited to: Analyze data to thoroughly understand processes, trends, and opportunities, ensuring all findings are actionable and aligned with business goals Design and implement advanced data visualizations and dashboards that not only present information but actively influence and drive the right behaviors across operational teams Collaborate with business and operations teams to identify pain points, uncover inefficiencies, and develop metrics that promote operational excellence Perform detailed data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability Take a proactive approach to problem-solving, anticipating challenges, and offering innovative, data-driven solutions Communicate findings clearly and effectively, ensuring stakeholders understand the insights and their implications for process improvements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, or related field. 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role. Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI). Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g. Python, SQL). Familiarity with big data platforms, and cloud technologies. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, and/or supply chain analytics. Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges from multiple angles and deliver impactful solutions. Strong attention to detail, ensuring that recommendations are accurate, meaningful, and actionable. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. A mindset of ownership and curiosity, actively seeking to understand data and its broader business context. Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing. Experience with data from Costpoint, Workday, and Cornerstone. Compensation Range for: WA applicants is $92,700.00-$129,780.00<
