Northwest Center Amazon - Assistant Manager, Signage Program in Seattle, Washington

The Northwest Center @ Amazon team operates in a fast-paced and demanding corporate environment where we provide professional 5-star customer service across several program divisions. The Signage team is responsible for onsite signage installation through Amazon's Puget Sound corporate offices. This team works in partnership with other vendors and is responsible for the accuracy and esthetic placement of signs throughout the Amazon campus. 

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, the Assistant Manager assumes responsibility for the Signage program, driving continuous improvement and aligning program deliverables with organizational goals and service level targets. Responsibilities include overseeing daily installation and operations, employee performance, and stakeholder partnership.

The Assistant Manager will work to ensure effective operational execution and service excellence. This includes process improvement to increase the team's overall efficiency, development of program documentation and quality control systems, expand training on installation techniques and coaching team members to provide a positive customer experience.

A successful candidate is results-driven, collaborative, and a people-oriented leader who engages with cross-functional teams to drive effective operations and program growth. The ideal candidate can proactively identify project risks, and has experience in a production or installation environment.

  

*Schedule:  *Monday - Friday between 7:30AM - 6PM.  *Starting Salary Range: *$74,048 - $83,678 per year | Full Salary Range: $74,048 - $93,308 per year *Location: *Seattle, Bellevue and Redmond

Operational Excellence

  • Oversees and manages on-site installation projects ensuring accuracy and timeliness of completion.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and objectives including, but not limited to technical schematics, schedule, customer coordination, tools, materials, personnel, and scope of work.
  • Ensure compliance with established processes, develop and implement new processes as necessary.
  • Using collaborative efforts with lead, team members, stakeholders, and/or customers to quickly and effectively resolve issues that develop on projects.
  • Monitor productivity using performance metric tools, evolve tools as necessary to ensure appropriate measurements of performance indicators.
