Essential Functions:
Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through upsell opportunities. - Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts.
- The Account Manager is responsible for proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.
- Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.
Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.
Account Manager Level 3 - Strategic/Key Account Management:
- Accounts will be assigned by sales leadership and may include End-User and Partner accounts.
- Drive expansion of Concord products throughout the assigned accounts.
- Strive to achieve 100% Concord Cloud Fax usage within targeted accounts (wallet-share).
- Conduct semi-annual internal business reviews and develop an account strategy plan.
Requires a minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Requirements:
- College Graduate, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of individual quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
- Experience in facilitating resolution to customer problems
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
Capable to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Range: $160,000 - $180,000. Range can flux dependent on experience, education/training, etc.
