Bryce Corporation Maintenance Technician Trainee in Searcy, Arkansas
Summary: Performs assigned duties needed to support production gearing, tooling, inventory, inspection, and repair. Assists maintenance in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and repair of equipment and/or facilities as required.
Key Accountabilities:
Inspect, inventory, maintain and repair all press, pre-press, laminator and finishing parts
Reading and following production schedules, work orders and process conditions
Assists in maintenance, preventive maintenance and repairs as required
Responsible for maintaining safe, clean and organized work areas
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
High School Education or GED
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Ability to analyze, troubleshoot and solve problems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Capable of performing tasks under minimum direction
