Arlan's Market Meat Cutter in Seabrook, Texas
Duties: **[Meat cutting as directed to company standards without supervision.
Cutting, trimming, chopping and grinding meat and seafood following best in class procedures.
Wrap meat and seafood to present to customers.
Maintain a variety of high-quality meat and seafood.
Handle freight, organize coolers, and assist with ordering meat and seafood.
Operate electric meat saws, grinders and other meat processing equipment.
Provide suggestions to customers and assist them with special orders.
Provide customers with exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation requirements.
Assist with cleaning and sanitizing food preparation areas, tools, and equipment.
