369 Management Dunkin' is looking for a guest-focused team player to join the team as a part-time or full-time afternoon and closing Crew Member. The shift hours range from 11 am-10 pm depending on location.

We are a local, family-owned franchise of Dunkin’, operating 14 locations in New Hampshire & Maine. Our team is the fuel that helps our communities run. Part-time pay starting at $12.00-$13.80/hour + tips

Full-time pay starting at $14.00-$17.50/hour + tips

Schedule

Full & part-time opportunities are available. We offer flexible schedule hours that work for you. Ability to work overnights and/or early mornings is a plus, but not required. Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional guest service, resolving guest issues as needed.

  • Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems while completing orders.

  • Handle POS transactions and payments with accuracy.

  • Follow safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.

  • Additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • A naturally positive person who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal communication.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.

  • This is a hands-on position; candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift to 50lbs.

Requirements

  • Must be able to fluently speak/read English

  • Capable of counting money and making change

  • Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

  • Guest Focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
