Adecco is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our client’s team in Scranton, PA. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day processing and release of electronic payment instructions.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong keyboard skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in wire transfers

• Financial industry background

• Accounting knowledge

• Data entry experience

Responsibilities:

• Administering defined procedures

• Analyzing and processing exceptions

• Assisting in the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products/services

• Providing guidance to team members on procedural, technical, and operational changes

• Processing USD, FX, and Same Day Return transactions

Pay Details: $20.79 per hour
