Position: Experienced Heavy Equipment Operator Skill: Minimum 3 years experience digging around live gas and electric Location: New York
Power & Construction Group, Inc. has multiple openings for Heavy Equipment Operators in its utility division.
Gas, electric, and conduit installations and maintenance
Requirements: -Must be able to demonstrate skills in the safe operation and daily preventive maintenance of backhoes, excavators, loaders, and skidsteers. -Must have hands-on experience in digging safely around live utilities -Must have experience in working safely in traffic zones
Manual labor is required, including but not limited to, digging with a hand shovel or bar to expose live utilities, heavy lifting, climbing into and out of trenches
CDL, Gas Op Quals a plus
Dig Safely NY Certified Excavator Program a plus
Full-time, year - round employment
