Description

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a mid-sized North Scottsdale law firm's team. As part of the team, you'll be responsible for handling a variety of motion practices, conducting discovery, and attending and conducting deposition and court hearings. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the team's success. This is an in-office role with some capacity for remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake a range of motion practices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all proceedings

• Conduct comprehensive discovery processes, utilizing skills in 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software

• Attend and conduct deposition and court hearings, providing expert legal advice and representation

• Utilize Civil Litigation Experience to handle claims administration and complaint handling

• Maintain proficiency in relevant software and technologies, including Document Management

• Leverage experience in Civil Litigation to support the team in customer electronics-related cases

• Develop and execute briefing strategies, ensuring all information is communicated effectively

• Maintain a high standard of legal practice, adhering to all industry regulations and standards

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure best outcomes for clients

• Continuously seek opportunities for professional development, staying informed of industry trends and changes.

Requirements

• Proficient in 3M and Adobe Acrobat software

• Familiarity with Case Management Software and Document Management

• Proven experience in Briefing and Complaint Handling

• Experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration

• Minimum of 3 years of Civil Litigation Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be a licensed attorney and active with the Arizona State Bar

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Must possess a high level of professionalism and integrity

• High level of commitment to client service.
