Adentro Sales Development Manager in Scottsdale, Arizona

THE OPPORTUNITY

Adentro is seeking a high-energy, execution-oriented Sales Development Representative to break through to prospective customers, drive pipeline, bookings and revenue. The Sales Development Representative is responsible for prospecting and conducting regular outreach to pitch targeted accounts on the value of Adentro and securing meetings with the Sales team. This is a meaningful position at the top of our sales funnel, so you’ll have a great opportunity to develop and advance your career in sales. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cold outreach via email and phone calls

  • Research and list creation: Using provided databases, and web tools such as LinkedIn and search engines to discover and recommend companies and executive prospects

  • History of high accomplishment and achieving goals in a recent sales development role. We’ll train you but you have to come with a verifiable history of success

  • Leverage prospecting tools and outbound contact techniques to schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Identify, initiate and nurture relationships with prospects both over the phone and e-mail

  • Effectively communicate and present our value proposition to prospects

  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product and Customer Success to facilitate new messaging, programs, campaigns, and offerings

  • Diligently update SalesForce, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups

  • Consistently achieve daily and monthly activity goals

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a sales development or phone sales role as part of a SaaS or B2B company

  • Marketing, Advertising, Food & Beverage, Retail experience preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication skills. Solid writing and telephone presence. Able to communicate to all levels of client organizations

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships quickly with prospects and teammates

  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet able to work in a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize

  • An exceptional level of drive and passion for results

  • An interest in building or accelerating your sales career (clear path to sales here!)
