We are looking for a Project Manager that would be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets. Ability to prioritize in a time-crunched, fast paced environment while guiding and directing the project teams to the finish line is essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project development from initiation to closure
- Be accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor
- Create detailed project plans to track project milestones and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Keep workflows and tasks organized and focus the team on what needs to be accomplished.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for the execution of projects.
- Connect granular tasks to longer-term strategic objectives and provide creative solutions to accomplish goals that others may not have considered.
- Act with a sense of urgency to ensure on-time, on-budget & on-quality delivery of all projects.
- Follow-up and follow through on each portion of the project.
- Serve as the key liaison and relationship manager between technology, business stakeholders, and the partner-facing team.
- Act as the quality control to keep everything in line with internal and external partner expectations.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and help smooth friction points throughout the work teams.
- Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.
