Our health/wellness client is hiring an Email Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a 40 hour/week position, onsite in Scottsdale 5 days/week. This will turn into a full-time role quickly for the right candidate! MUST have extensive HubSpot experience to be considered.\ \ Position Overview\ The Email Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and conversion. This role focuses on creating targeted campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing content to enhance user experience and increase revenue.\ \ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Create, test, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Segment email lists to target specific audiences effectively and enhance personalization.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email content and visuals.
- Manage the email marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and design based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
- MUST be proficiency in email marketing platforms including HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing and email performance optimization techniques.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
