Our agency client is hiring for a Creative Project Coordinator with strong project management skills to join their growing team. This could lead to full time for the right fit.\ \ This is onsite in Scottsdale, 5 days onsite. After first 60 days, 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.\ \ What you will be doing as a Creative Project Coordinator:\ - Design Support: Assist with the creation and modification of visual assets, including digital graphics, banners, and other design elements using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.\ - Project Coordination: Help manage project timelines, coordinate with team members, and track the progress of various design and production tasks.\ - Administrative Assistance: Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and preparing reports or presentations as needed.\ - Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Production Director to understand project requirements and provide support in executing creative concepts.\ \ \ What you need to know as a Creative Project Coordinator:\ - 3+ years experience\ - Project management or coordinator experience\ - Ability to use Workamajig or similar and make suggestions to create a more efficient delivery queue\ - Expert in InDesign and Photoshop\ - Ability to do print and digital production as needed\ - Experience working within strict brand guidelines\ - MUST be highly organized and deadline driven\ - AGENCY experience preferred\ \ \ \ Creative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
