THE OPPORTUNITY
You will be responsible for the campaign execution, management, and optimization of the Adentro ads campaigns. You will oversee a book of accounts in which you will oversee and optimize performance, test strategies, and provide in-depth insights to support client conversations. You will also work with teams outside of Client Services - such as product, business intelligence, data science, engineering, etc. by leveraging their team's resources to provide white-glove client service to our clients. You will liaise with your account manager to coordinate campaign flight dates, budgets, goals, etc to ensure the day-to-day of your accounts are set up and managed for success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Accountable and responsible for your account book’s location gross churn, MRR, and client satisfaction for all ads accounts
Function as day-to-day SME on campaign setup, execution, performance, strategy recommendations, and ads analysis.
Provide regular updates/reporting to client team on campaign launches, performance, optimizations, and tests.
Support any hardware issues by escalating to the relative teams
Foster an “always learning & testing” environment
Collaborate with the account team on client presentations, QBRs, monthly reviews, and expansion opportunities.
Monitor and maintain accurate campaign timelines, launches, budgets, performance to goals, and other projects.
Function as the client advocate when working with product and engineering etc to ensure we’re providing the best support and performance possible
Support training initiatives to improve overall digital marketing and ads knowledge
Collaborate with other departments to address challenges in product, engineering, etc.
Be an advocate to push for the client retention and upsell -
Maintain a high level of familiarity and knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, competing entities, and industry
Be a data-driven leader
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skills.
REQUIREMENTS
2-3 years of experience of hands-on knowledge of DSP’s Tools and Ads Manager (Facebook)
Bachelor's degree preferred
Expert in digital marketing, programmatic, and social ads
Experience working with large datasets and understanding of analytic methodologies for evaluating data
Experience with social platforms such as Facebook/Instagram and all creative formats
Track record of success by meeting or exceeding KPI’s in previous positions
Proven success in data-storytelling and presentation building
Ability to manage through high profile projects and competing priorities both internally and externally
Time management & organizational guru who has the proven ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision managing multiple projects, as well as collaboratively working with colleagues of other functional areas to achieve common goals
Maintain a level of professional composure internally and externally; leading by example in tough situations
Ability to easily build rapport with a wide variety of clients
Create mockups and project manage the clients trafficking assets for the campaign
Ability to identify and proactively solve problems
Able to effectively manage costs and pacing while exceeding performance
