NOW HIRING FOR JANUARY 2025 Our client is preparing for the new year and so are we! Apply today to be on the list for the next classes, starting in January 2025. A recruiter will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss the position and get you ready to start as soon as official recruitment begins for the coming year. These are hybrid call center representative positions - supporting Vanguard, out of the office in Scottsdale, AZ. The pay rate for these positions is $23/hour! Internet speed verification is required during training (expectation is 1Gagabit but the minimum required is 40Mbps download and 10Mbps upload while on the Vanguard VPN), contractors are paid an internet stipend of $80/month to maintain this expectation. Additional speed tests may be required if system issues are occurring.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional client service through strong interpersonal and client relationship management (CRM) skills.

• Serves as the initial point of contact for clients. Follows standardized procedures to meet client needs. May conduct research for complex requests.

• Self-sufficient and able to utilize multiple resources to find answers and resolutions independently while meeting department efficiency metrics.

• Documents client and team feedback in support of service improvement efforts within the business.

• Uses consultative approach to position products and services to clients.
