Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona (Located specifically in North Scottsdale, at East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: Starting at $20.00 hourly (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Schedule: On Site Monday through Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m. No Nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This role involved providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service to our patients.
Administrative Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
· Provide support and guidance to patients, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience.
· Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and directing inquiries as necessary.
· Transcribe notes and documents related to treatments accurately and efficiently.
· Create, proofread, and edit various documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
· Process invoices, bills, and collect payment.
· Prepare medical records and file as needed.
· Assist with requisition, purchase, storage, and tracking of office supplies and equipment.
The Ideal Candidate:
· Must have exceptional customer service skills with polite and professional telephone etiquette.
· Must have familiarity with medical terminology and technology.
· Must be able to work and function with ease on a computer
· Must have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Must have effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with coworkers, supervisors, and external contacts.
· Must have previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
