Responsibilities
Performs research and analysis in the development of program or project activities for one or more programs.
Defines program requirements, identifies interdependencies with internal or external departments or service providers.
Develops and disseminates communications regarding the project or program status.
Tracks progress, adopts and provides ongoing reports to leadership/program sponsors.
Responsible for site level data input, report processing, and data analysis.
Ensures all program data is current, complete and ready for submission.
Develops and plans best methods for meeting operation metric requirements.
Monitors performance of assigned contract line items (CLINs).
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and other practices set forth by senior management.
Submits accurate and on-time program deliverables to the customer.
Supports Program Manager and site management with various tasks as required.
Performs work under general supervision.
Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be proficient in various computer applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must have exceptional verbal and written communications.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance when required.
Experience working in a govt/military contracting environment highly preferred.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with preparing, formatting and reviewing reports of various formats desired.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data and government regulations is preferred.
Familiarity with USAF 781 forms and aircraft TBO requirements is also desired.
Undergraduate degree in finance or a related field is preferred.
Pay Range
80000 - 85000
