Sartorius Manager of Production (x|f|m) - On-site in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock, Germany
For Site Operations Xell (Cell Culture Media & Buffer) we are looking for a Manager of Production (x|f|m) for Sartorius Xell GmbH. In this position you will, together with your team, implement the best possible production conditions under cost, quality and time aspects and continuously develop the production. The job is full-time and will be based at the Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock site.
Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for and design capacity expansion and utilization through technical solutions and systems, the design of personnel resources or improvement of processes (e.g. lean management, digitalization, etc.) on a long-term and medium-term basis
You will be responsible for developing investment plans and resource planning in line with the divisional and corporate strategy
You maintain a constant overview of technological trends and plan how you can implement them in your plants.
In this context, you will draw up development and training plans for your employees in order to facilitate technological developments in line with quality promises
You are responsible for the integration and industrialization of new products, considering the applicable quality requirements
What will convince us
You have successfully completed a degree in natural sciences, engineering or a related field
This is complemented by proven leadership experience, ideally in the management of production teams
You have expertise in lean management and a strong digitalization background at production level
Practical know-how in capacity planning, including tools
You are up to date with the latest production technologies and have a visionary view of long-term development in this area
You are characterized by your cooperative management style paired with a high level of communication skills at various levels
You promote cross-site and cross-functional cooperation in an intercultural context
Your strengths include an analytical mindset and approach as well as good comprehension skills and a high degree of flexibility
Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of German and English
