Hiring for Ophthalmic Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an Ophthalmic Assistant to join our team at a split clinic in the Westover Hills area. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of a physician and must be flexible with their schedule as there are no set days. This role involves documenting physician visits in the EMR system, using medical instruments as directed, performing workups after doctor visits, and effectively communicating with patients about procedures and treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Document physician visits in the EMR system.

  • Operate medical instruments as instructed by the physician.

  • Perform patient workups following doctor visits.

  • Communicate with patients regarding procedures and treatments.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
