Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Onsite, Schenectady, NY

What’s a typical day as a Contracts Specialist? You’ll be:

• Collaborating with the Operations teams and supporting enabling functions to maximize financial and operational performance of projects.

• Updating and maintaining all systems of record with accurate, timely information.

• Performing research on contracts to extract required information and inputting it into Excel spreadsheets.

• Maintaining and updating contract data in the database.

• Resolving deficiencies and discrepancies in contract data.

• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting operations by handling information securely.

• Performing high-volume data entry using various computer software.

• Reviewing data for errors or missing information and resolving any discrepancies.

• Providing administrative backup when required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Have 2+ years of experience working with contract data.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Self-starter with a passion for improvement and desire to learn.

• Able to connect and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Have proficiency in MS Excel and moderate proficiency in other MS Office programs.

• Fluent and proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Are detail-oriented and systematic.
