Analyzing user requirements and defining functional specifications using Agile methodology; Developing and implementing complex Java/J2EE applications and/or application initiatives using Java, J2EE, Spring framework, REST/SOAP web services, JSP, EJB, Junit and SQL; Developing the GUI, Spring MVC and Entity framework; Leading multiple modeling, simulations and analysis efforts to uncover the best Java-based solutions; Developing J2EE design patterns; Developing web GUI using JSP, JSF, RWD, HTML and/or DHTML; Creating design patterns and component frameworks using JPA, Hibernate and Spring Framework; Translating concepts from a design model to a working software object; Developing UML class diagrams and sequence diagrams; Enhancing the front-end of the application using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Ajax and JQuery; Creating and consuming RESTful Web Services; Developing and implementing test validations of the applications using Junit, JMeter, Selenium and Katalon; Analyzing test results and recommending modifications to the applications to meet project specifications; Participating in the deployment of the applications into existing systems and databases using Maven and Jenkins; Maintaining version control using Git; Being a technical resource for direct communications to the team members in the project development, testing and implementation process; and documenting modifications and enhancements made to the applications, systems and databases as required by the project. Requirements: Bachelors Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Information Technology or Engineering and two years experience in position or two years experience in IT field; and experience with Java, J2EE, Spring framework, REST/SOAP web services, JSP, EJB, Junit and SQL.
