Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to provide comprehensive support across multiple areas of our operations. This role will encompass executive assistance, data and report creation, sales support, project coordination, and serve as the primary contact for both internal end-users and external software vendors, including the company website. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities to help drive company success. Technology proficiency a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistance: Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Data & Report Creation: Collect, analyze, and present data in clear and actionable reports.

  • Sales Support Manager: Support the eBiz Manager and employee agents. Assist with events and projects as needed.

  • Project Coordination: Assist with cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones are met, timelines are adhered to, and communication flows smoothly between teams. Act as the liaison to track project progress and resolve any issues.

  • Vendor & End-User Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for company end-users regarding designated software systems, troubleshooting, and support. Contact for vendor regarding billing and account maintenance.
