We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Project Coordinator near Schaumburg, Illinois. The role involves a blend of administrative and clerical duties within a dynamic environment.

This position is fully remote, 1-9pm. Will be required to come on-site once a month for meetings, must be local.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented

• Maintain organized files and documents related to the project

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to manage timelines and communicate project status

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Accurately process data entries related to the project

• Scan and digitize relevant project materials

• Monitor and report on project findings regularly

• Proactively identify potential project hurdles and take appropriate action to mitigate them.

Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to manage and adhere to multiple project timelines

• Excellent data entry skills

• Experience in organizing files and documentation

• Expertise in scanning and digitizing documents

• Ability to work in a hybrid work model, combining remote and on-site tasks

• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
