Job Title: Medical ScribeJob Description

We are seeking a skilled medical scribe to join our team. The role involves producing medical reports and records, correspondence for physicians, patient information, and other administrative material such as statistics and patient data. You will review and edit transcriptions for spelling, grammar, clarity, and correct medical terminology for providers, and maintain medical files and databases for various records such as medical histories.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain medical files and databases for various records such as medical histories.

Essential Skills

  • Scribe experience

  • Medical scribe experience

  • Knowledge of medical terminology

  • Typing skills

  • Listening/transcribing and editing audio files/patient records

  • Experience in orthopedics

  • Familiarity with electronic health records

  • Prior medical ambulatory experience

  • Experience with EMR

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Fast and accurate typing abilities

  • Ability to type/transcribe medical audio files

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Polish or Spanish

Work Environment

The position is based in a medical office clinic with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
