Adecco is hiring immediately for General Laborers at Nestle in Schaumburg Village, IL. General Laborers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $18.60-$20.16/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will assist in production, processing, and packaging. This includes cleaning work areas and equipment, preparing for shifts and product runs, and communicating with supervisors and operators on quality and production. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, uphold high standards for quality and safety, and follow company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts

• Ability to work in a cold environment of 40-50 degrees F

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously

• Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience helpful

• Ability to do basic math and use calculators

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals

• Ability to speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful

Pay Details: $18.60 to $20.16 per hour
