About the Job
This is an onsite Monday through Friday office position in our Schaumburg Corporate headquarters. The shift open is 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
THE START DATE FOR OUR NEXT CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING CLASS IS APRIL 28, 2025.
Processes quotations and sales orders, prepares and follows up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates and pricing.
Responds to customer's inquiries or complaints regarding company products or services.
Handles inbound phone calls and queries utilizing outstanding communication skills.
Serves as primary customer contact and works with other internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Rotational Saturdays may be required.
What we need from you
2 years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization
Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs
Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills
Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
