The Client Engagement Specialist, HR Consulting is an organized, muti-tasker with strong administrative and time management skills. This individual is responsible for maintaining the HR Consulting team\'s SmartSheet leads, auditing SmartSheet, and reviewing documentation in the SmartSheet for clarity, along with answering inquiries, and conducting research. Additionally, the Client Engagement Specialist, HR Consulting will assist the HR Consulting team with various tasks as needed related to business development.

Sales Support

  • Supports the business development team on HR Consulting COE
  • Works with business development team to assign leads to the appropriate team member
  • Initiates emails to Producers and/or servicing teams to collect additional information the sales lead submitted on the SmartSheet
  • Verifies all accurate data was collected from the SmartSheet
  • Schedules discovery call invites for business development team to meet with client and/or Producer
  • Coordinates events for business development team to speak at, including regional sales meetings and conferences across the nation
  • Initiates emails to producers and/or servicing team to collect additional information regarding the sales lead submitted to the SmartSheet
  • Creates and manages yearly document with HR Consulting leadership on regional sales meetings and conferences for opportunities including submission dates, coordinating with region event planners
  • Manages time effectively to prioritize workload, and service parameters on business processes

Data Integrity & Quality

  • Maintains accurate and complete SmartSheet data
  • Creates monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports from SmartSheet
  • Provides weekly sales pipeline to HR Consulting leadership team
  • Consistently achieves data integrity and meets activity timeliness, quality metrics, and goals

Data and Process Integrity

  • Consistently follows HR Consulting SmartSheet workflows and appropriately engages internal resources such as Client Engagement Director, HR Consultants, Practice Leader and the HR Consulting business development team with reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy of execution for all sales leads
  • Achieves desired levels of data completeness and process integrity by consistently meeting activity timelines, quality metrics, and goals within the SmartSheet.
  • Creates monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports from SmartSheet
  • Provides weekly sales pipeline to HR Consulting leadership team
  • Consistently achieves data integrity and meets activity timeliness, quality metrics, and goals

Peer Relationships

  • Provides feedback and shares information on opportunities for improvement with processes, procedures, and technology
  • Develops successful and effective working relationships with business development team, HR Consultants and HR Consulting leadership team
  • Communicates effectively with peers, clients, Producers, services teams, HR Consultants, and HR Consulting leaders.
  • Provides feedback and shares information at team meetings
  • Develops successful working relationships with Produce s, Account Executives, Account Managers, service team members, managers and members of other departments
  • Communicates effectively with HR Consultants and provides timely complete information to allow them to effectively manage service execution

Communications

  • Manage email, instant message, and smart form communications with internal and external resources within professional timeframes and with effective business acumen
  • Craft communication as it relates to client documents, deliverables, and scheduling
  • Coordinate communications between clients, and internal service teams when required

Required

  • 2+ years sales support or operations experience
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
  • Intermediate data analytic skills with reporting and auditing in CRM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Preferred

Prior experience with SmartSheet and/or CRM
