We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Receiving & Delivery Specialist in Schaumburg, Illinois. The role involves managing the processing and distribution of customer bills, ensuring the accuracy of billing system information, and adhering to established billing procedures. The successful candidate will also handle customer inquiries related to bills and manage the implementation of the firm’s billing policies and procedures.

Essential Duties:

• Generates and edits client pre-bills.

• Ensures the accuracy and timely distribution of final bills.

• Processes write-offs/write-downs and obtains proper approval when required.

• Maintains the integrity of the billing system information.

• Responds to individual attorney requests and questions regarding specific bills and/or the billing process.

• Adheres to established billing cycle/cut-off dates.

• Ensures compliance with the firm’s billing policies and procedures.

  Requirements

  Requirements:

• 2+ years general accounting or related experience.

• Associate’s degree in accounting or business, or equivalent experience.

• Experience working with specialized accounting/billing software strongly preferred
