The Receptionist performs receptionist and clerical functions to facilitate the administrative activities of the Home. The successful candidate will have strong leadership & organizational skills contributing to the efficiency and continuity in the role.
Perform clerical duties including ensuring the safety of residents, greeting the public, answering a multi-line phone, word processing, maintaining spreadsheets, photocopying, collating, sorting and assisting with projects.
Required Experience:
High school diploma required
Previous administrative experience is required
Proficiency in the use of general office equipment and working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel required
Must be flexible and able to maintain strict confidentiality
Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and critical thinking skills are essential.
