Goodwill Southeast Georgia ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ANALYST in Savannah, Georgia

The Administrative Support Analyst for Goodwill Southeast Georgia works closely with the Mission Services team to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), create self-sustaining dashboards, and provide centralized administrative support. This role will contribute to data-driven decision-making and help advance our organizational mission. Analyzing and interpreting data is a key component of supporting the growth and development of our programs. The position also provides operational support to ensure the effective delivery of Mission Services.

    Your Typical Day:

  • Collaborate with the VP, Mission Services to define and align KPIs with strategic goals

  • Aid internal and external customers of the Opportunity Center.

  • Develop and maintain Mission Services data analytic dashboards and trend report

  • Collect, analyze, and report on KPIs related to people served, placements, retention, and services provided.

  • Build and enhance reporting capabilities to track Mission Services performance within CaseWorthy.

  • Maintain and update wrap-around support data (scholarships, transportation, childcare resources).

  • Train and support the Mission Services team in utilizing dashboard data for operational decisions.

  • Assist with gathering client information through inbound and follow-up calls within the Case Management System to ensure timely contact.

  • Conduct employment retention tracking and reporting (30, 60, 90, 180, and 365-day metrics).

  • Ensure the integrity of data entered in the case management system.

  • Maintain the Mission Services event calendar.

  • Follow up with Opportunity Center clients regarding interviews and employment outcomes.

  • Track and log direct services provided to Opportunity Center clients.

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and improvement of programs, systems, procedures, and operational processes.

    What You’ll Need:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative analysis or a similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in managing relational databases, data sets, queries, and formatting.

  • Experience with data visualization to present findings in charts, graphs, and dashboards.

  • Experience using case management databases (e.g., CaseWorthy).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data effectively to various stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a diverse team environment.

  • Valid driver’s license, personal insurance, and reliable transportation.

  • Willingness to occasionally travel between locations.

  • Ability to adapt and respond to multiple priorities, working with diverse teams and personalities.

  • Strong customer service skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to support and train others in using technology and data tools.

  • Comfort with technology, including the ability to quickly learn new software systems and tools.
