Pro Staff is seeking new talent in Sauk Centre, MN, and hiring a new Master Electrician for one of North America's top metal fabricators whose mission is to be a source of value and strength for OEM and contractor supply chains. Pay: $27.47-$36 per hour 1st Shift Hours: 6 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday The Master Electrician will play a crucial role in facilitating daily production operations at both the Sauk Centre and Alexandria manufacturing facilities. This position entails close collaboration across all facets of the manufacturing process and includes diverse responsibilities such as resolving equipment-related challenges through effective troubleshooting. Daily tasks will include but are not limited to: Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems. Work with Engineering on facility projects and improvements. Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical on production equipment and facility systems. Assist with installation and upgrades of manufacturing equipment, ensuring all work is completed in accordance with the National Electrical Codes. Supervise and approve all electrical work done by Maintenance personnel. Responsible for signing off on all electrical work in the facilities. Work with outside contractors to ensure the fire alarm system is in proper working condition. Document all maintenance work orders in FaciliWorks and monitor that work orders are being completed per the maintenance schedule. Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas and ensure appropriate safety procedures, such as Lockout/Tagout, are followed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Must have the appropriate licensing from the State of Minnesota (Master Electrician). Working knowledge of electronic/electrical codes. Ability to work with AC and CD power supplies, 3-phase, single-phase, generators, PLC, and electronic equipment. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical blueprints, electrical schematics, and parts specifications. Strong computer skills and proven verbal and written communication skills.
