We are currently hiring a Program Assistant, to work in our Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties Offices. As the Program Assistant, you would be responsible for:
Assist the Program Director in overseeing the Mentoring Program.
Provides assistance in recruitment, screening and training volunteers from the community.
Work with referral sources to identify appropriate youth for the program.
Assist in monitoring matches through regular contact with mentors, mentees and Parents/guardians
Assist in group activities for volunteers and youth.
Provide casework services to youth and families served by the program.
Maintain proper record keeping, statistical info, funding reports, and client related files.
Other duties as assigned.
Program Assistant Minimum Salary: $20.00 / Hour
Program Assistant Maximum Salary: $20.00 / Hour
Program Assistant Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9AM to 5PM – Days are negotiable.
Qualifications:
4 year/Bachelor’s Degree List field of study: Human Services, Child Support or related field.
Valid driver’s license
Good computer skills and organizational skills
