Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a proficient SQL Programmer in Sarasota, Florida. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of functions within a dynamic industry environment. The role involves the creation of efficient database queries, problem-solving through programming languages, and the regular maintenance and backing up of databases.

Responsibilities:

• Write database queries using SQL Server variants like MySQL, MSSQL, or PostgreSQL to ensure high performance

• Employ JavaScript and other programming languages to troubleshoot and solve problems

• Implement regular database maintenance and backup procedures

• Conduct SQL database sharding and indexing as necessary to manage high traffic loads

• Develop, optimize, and implement stored procedures for efficient database management

• Utilize database analytical tools to assess performance and produce reports

• Provide effective communication within the team and with stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience with Atlassian Jira

• Solid background in Backend Development

• Proficiency in DB2 Database

• Familiarity with GitHub and its functionalities

• Expertise in Hibernate ORM

• Experience in AB Testing

• Proficient in Agile Scrum methodologies

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET

• Ability to write and debug CSS

• Demonstrated experience in Documentation

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL

• Strong SQL skills

• Ability to write and optimize SQL Code

• Experience managing SQL Database

• Skills in SQL optimization

• Proven experience in SQL Performance Tuning
