Maintain, install, and repair various electrical systems including building electrical systems, exterior property lighting, sports lighting and controls, and small liquid pumping systems and controls.
Provide technical guidance and training to your peers.
Ability to operate a bucket truck or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
Initiate material lists, solicit cost estimates, and oversee the delivery of parts and materials to the storeroom(s) or job sites.
Operation and repair of electrical equipment associated with mid-level to large commercial/public facilities.
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. *On-Call Required.
About You:
Minimum Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Three (3) years of experience, education, training, or any combination of experience with commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical trade in facility service and maintenance.
A valid Florida Driver’s License at the time of hire.
Physical Demands: Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
CJIS Clearance: The successful candidate will be subject to an extensive background check(s) as a part of the hiring process.
About Everything Else:
Starting Pay Range: $21.54 (Step 1) - $23.54 (Step 4), depending on experience/qualifications.
