Ebenezer Dishwasher in Sarasota, Florida
Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages starting from $16/hr . All wage determinations will be based on relevant experience.
We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our team! This position participates in providing a total quality dining service program. This includes thorough cleaning of dishware, flatware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, equipment, and facilities to meet sanitation standards. Position may also perform a variety of food preparation duties such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea. This position includes:
36 hours every two weeks
Day/evening shifts
Week 1: Monday 3pm-8pm and Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 4pm-8pm
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm-8pm
Includes holiday rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description
Washes and ensures dishes, pots and pans, and utensils are at the highest standards of cleanliness
May assist with special events as needed
Ensures the proper use of equipment and supplies and upholds cleaning and safety standards
Performs cleaning, mopping, sweeping, garbage removal, and dusting kitchen and dining room
Reports to the Cook or Culinary Director any equipment and supplies that are needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Approved Food Sanitation Safety Course - must be acquired within first 90-days
Preferred:
1-3 years previous experience, but not required
High school diploma/GED
