We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Agents to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development Center, you will be responsible for handling service-related customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Job Description: As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in our service department by reaching out to customers, scheduling maintenance appointments, and providing information about the dealership's services. You will work directly with our customers to ensure they receive top-tier care and attention. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for customer service will be essential in driving customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls for service appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
- Maintain customer records and keep service logs updated.
- Promote service specials, maintenance reminders, and warranty information to customers.
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and offering solutions.
- Ensure all service appointments are properly booked and confirmed in a timely manner.
- Assist with customer retention efforts and help build strong relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both over the phone and in person.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with office software (Microsoft Office or equivalent).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of automotive services and maintenance is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
