We are in search of a Receptionist to join our team within the industry. Based 100% ONSITE in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, 74067, United States, this role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. As a Receptionist, your primary tasks revolve around managing customer-related tasks, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries. Moreover, you will monitor customer accounts and carry out necessary actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently deal with customer inquiries and provide needed assistance

• Ensure accurate and systematic processing of customer credit applications

• Keep track of customer accounts and take action when needed

• Maintain precise records related to customer credit

• Operate Softphones for communication purposes

Requirements • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role

• Proficiency in using Softphones and other communication systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• High school diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Discretion and confidentiality are essential

• Punctuality and reliability in work attendance

• Ability to work independently and in a team
