Do you find fulfillment from helping others succeed and applying science to solve human challenges? We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Brazil Stores People Experience and Technology team as a Sr. HR Business Partner, based in São Paulo/Brazil.

In this position you will partner with Brazil Stores leaders to develop and execute HR initiatives that enable business outcomes and build a world class employee experience. The ideal candidate will get energy from partnering with business leaders, have the ability to implement and optimize HR processes, as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions in employee relations, HR policies, and processes. If you also love to think big and build from scratch, this is the place for you! Below are some of the key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions to deliver world class people initiatives and results.

• Work with managers and employees on employee relations issues.

• Provide ongoing support to employees on human resources related matters, policies and procedures.

• Have a passion for data and process improvement with a keen interest in experimentation.

• Ability to deliver results in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.

• Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and willingness to be vocally self-critical

• Experience working in a start-up like environment where the pace is quick and your responsibilities stretch between tactical and strategic.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related areas

• Experience as a Human Resources Business Partner

• Experience supporting different employee types and organizational functions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.

• Able to travel, as needed.

• Experience working with a global team.

• Experience in the administration of compensation and benefit plans, employee relations, and talent management programs.

• Experience assessing employee and management talent.

• HR specialization area as a program manager preferred
