What you will do?

We’re looking for ambitious and creative engineers with a track record for innovation in cloud-based applications.

You will be a part of the Americas Localization team in Brazil. In our context, Localization means working on additional applications extending NetSuite’s core functionalities. We leverage NetSuite platform tools to develop these applications tailored for specific regions / countries, such as support for electronic payments, tax reports, and Banking Integration. We also develop powerful NetSuite-based solutions allowing our customers to view and edit various country-specific financial statements.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Write codes and unit tests for complex programs

• Perform code review

• Analysis of issues reported by support area

• Analysis of functional or business requirements

• Transform functional requirements into high quality code to our software based on the NetSuite platform.

• Active participation in scrum ceremonies (helping us to improve our product)

Qualifications/skills

• B.S or Master’s degree (or relevant experience in the industry)

• Software developer experience

• Understanding of HTTP, Internet protocols, web browsers

• Solid experience with modern development methodologies and techniques

• Great problem-solving skills and ability to understand functional requirements

• Experience with testing high performance scalable applications

• Very good written and verbal communication skills in English are required

• Open mind for discussions and team collaboration

Nice to have

• Experience with working in an Agile/SCRUM development team

• Good understanding of SQL

• Understanding of cloud-based distributed software applications

• Basic understanding of business processes and/or accounting
