We seek a talented Curriculum Developer who is fluent in English and Portuguese and has a deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) in the learning space. This role presents a unique opportunity to shape the future of NetSuite's training offerings and enhance our learners' experiences.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

Create Innovative eLearning Solutions: Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams, including product experts and stakeholders, to develop cutting-edge eLearning solutions. You will play a pivotal role in transforming how NetSuite users comprehend and utilize our products.
AI Integration: Leverage your AI expertise to enhance learning experiences. Experiment with AI outputs, such as natural language processing, to create immersive and engaging training content. Explore new boundaries in learning by incorporating AI technologies.
Curriculum Translation and Localization: Bring your multilingual skills to action by translating and localizing curriculum materials into Portuguese. Ensure that our learning solutions are accessible and impactful for a diverse audience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Digital Production team to develop captivating simulations and graphics. Work alongside Education Services professionals to craft tailored learning solutions, ensuring a seamless and engaging learner journey.
Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, keeping a sharp focus on timely deliveries. Foster relationships with key product teams and stakeholders, driving complex initiatives to successful completion.
Data Interpretation: Interpret AI data to personalize and optimize learning paths. Analyze learner trends and insights to continuously improve the effectiveness of our curriculum.
Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership in curriculum design and translation, keeping pace with the latest industry innovations. Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Language: Outstanding verbal and written language skills in English and Portuguese (native speaker)
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate your prowess in managing relationships and leading diverse global teams. Your ability to engage and influence stakeholders will be instrumental in shaping our learning strategies.
Project Oversight: A proven track record of successfully managing intricate projects, hitting deadlines, and achieving milestones is highly valued.
AI Proficiency: Proficiency in leveraging AI for learning content development is essential. We seek a leader who can harness the potential of AI outputs to enhance learner engagement.
eLearning Expertise: A deep understanding of eLearning or online training, especially in the tech sector, is ideal. Your knowledge of SaaS products and enterprise software will be advantageous.
Strong Leadership: Exhibit exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, collaborating effectively with diverse teams. The ability to communicate complex AI and learning concepts, both to technical and non-technical stakeholders, is crucial.
Data Analysis: Possess data analysis capabilities to identify trends, customize content, and optimize delivery methods, ensuring a measurable return on investment.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in using the Articulate 360 suite for eLearning content creation are desired. Additionally, proficiency in Scrum methodology, with relevant certifications like PMP or PRINCE2, would be a significant asset.
Instructional Design Experience: A minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience, focused on AI-enhanced learning, is highly valued. Your expertise should include designing for eLearning and developing engaging course materials.
Educational Background: Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in Instructional Design, or a related field.
