About the team

This position is part of the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) organization and supports SAPs Marketing & Solutions Board Area. This Board Area gives ample opportunities for us in HR to make a difference and to drive the Board Areas transformation. What youll do:

Position Title:SAP iXp Intern - HR Business Partner

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

In this role, youll:

Work closely with the HR PMO who drives strategic and operational people projects and programs for the M&S Board Area as well as the Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) who act as strategic partners at a global level supporting M&S Board Area leaders.

Responsibilities to include:

  • HR Projects: Support the HR PMO with People and Organizational Strategy initiatives. This may include ownership of project tasks, project management responsibilities, status updates or supporting project execution.

  • HRBP Support: Provide day to day support to HRBPs. This may include analysis of HR system data, auditing organizational hierarchies, HR data updates or resolving system inaccuracies.

  • HR Annual Processes: Learn and support all Human Resources annual processes in partnership with the HRBPs and HR PMO.

  • HR Tools Systems: Become an expert in HR processes, functionality and analytics within our Human Capital Management tools.

Who you are:

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • StudyingHuman Resources, Business Administration or related areas;

  • Strong analytical skills and project or program management experience.

  • Ability to effectively multitask duties and responsibilities with a strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow through and respond to requests with high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Proactive with the ability to effectively work in dynamic environments.
