Oracle Program Manager - LAD in SAO PAULO, Brazil

Job Description

As the SDI Program Manager - LAD, your main responsibility will be to establish and manage partnerships and relationships with universities and government entities across South America. Your primary objective is to promote and facilitate skills development training programs that meet the region's evolving digital transformation needs in cloud technologies and business applications.

Responsibilities

University and Government Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with universities, colleges, and government agencies in South America.

  • Collaborate with academic institutions and government bodies to understand and address skill gaps and training requirements.

Program Development:

  • Work closely with academic partners to create and shape curriculum and training programs that align with industry demands.

  • Identify potential funding sources and grants to support skills development initiatives.

Partnership Management:

  • Negotiate and establish partnerships, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and collaborative agreements with universities and government agencies.

  • Ensure that these partnerships are mutually beneficial and consistent with the company's objectives.

Advocacy and Promotion:

  • Advocate for the company within the education and government sectors, emphasizing the value of our skills development programs.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with key stakeholders.

Reporting and Evaluation:

  • Develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success and impact of skills development programs.

  • Regularly report on the progress of university and government partnerships to senior management.
