About the Opportunity: Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Transformation Consultant to analyze, document, and optimize workflows, driving complex operational transformations to enhance client business performance. This pivotal role ensures a well-defined Service Delivery Model, establishing standardized operating procedures and best practices across people, processes, and technology. The ideal candidate will lead our global multi-year transformation initiative, standardizing processes and documenting them to achieve consistent, cost-effective, and technology-driven operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, define, and document current standard operating procedures.

  • Develop and implement document management policies and procedures.

  • Review and refine documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for document classification, filing, and storage.

  • Support large-scale change management initiatives to align standard processes and best practices.

  • Monitor document usage, access, and retention to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Establish standard documentation templates, formats, and styles in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Maintain and update a centralized document database or library for easy retrieval.

  • Facilitate process mapping sessions and workshops with clients and stakeholders.

  • Communicate the benefits of process improvements to stakeholders and clients.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, information management, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in process documentation, mapping, and change management.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent analytical, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborative work across the organization.

  • Familiarity with document management software and best practices.

  • Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles to process improvement and change management.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively with others.

  • Fluency in English is required.
