Main responsibilities:

  • Understanding and researching retail environments and their opportunities.

  • Weekly field visits to stay up to date with field innovations, competitor activities, and general market checks.

  • Frequent participation in multifunctional meetings to define strategies for each retail environment.

  • Constant work with suppliers in the development of new disruptive point-of-sale materials.

  • Annual material production planning and channel budget management

  • Manual monitoring of materials implemented in the field, for the main campaigns and categories.

  • Effectively guarantee the execution of point-of-sale materials, meeting the demands of the field, always in line with the company's strategies.

  • Work effectively to create point-of-sale materials that are sustainable, avoiding discards and waste of resources.

  • Ensure efficient management of the quarterly Budget for the production and shipping of these materials, which must be used strategically.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Progressive experience in the commercial area (Marketing or trade marketing or sales or In Store).

  • Experience in Pharma Channel in In Store. (Desirable).

  • Intermediate English.

  • Knowledge in Office
