The Director of Commercial Strategy and VES Growth is responsible for leading the definition and execution of the company's commercial growth strategies, with a focus on the continuous improvement of commercial and operational processes. This professional will work closely with the sales, marketing, CoE, operations, services, and finance teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize efficiency, and promote a culture of operational excellence in order to achieve goals and drive sustainable growth.

This position is part of the Sales department located in Jundiai - SP and will be hybrid (4 days a week in the office, with plans to transition to 3 days a week in the future).

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Develop and implement the company's commercial growth strategy, aligned with the organization's long-term objectives.

  • Lead VES Growth initiatives, ensuring the implementation of continuous improvement practices across all commercial operations..

  • Analyze commercial performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

  • Collaborate with sales, CoE, and marketing teams to create and execute growth plans that increase revenue and market share.

  • Implement VES Management methodologies to improve process efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Develop and monitor relevant KPIs to measure the success of commercial and continuous improvement strategies.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5 years or more of proven experience in commercial leadership and strategy roles, with strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing commercial strategies, with analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic actions.

  • Experience in digital transformation project management is a plus, along with a proven track record of achieving results in line with the role's objectives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; postgraduate or MBA is a plus.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages, especially Spanish, are a plus.

O Diretor de Estratégia Comercial e VES Growth é responsável por liderar a definição e execução das estratégias de crescimento comercial da empresa, com foco na melhoria contínua dos processos comerciais e operacionais. Este profissional trabalhará de perto com as equipes de vendas, marketing, CoE, operações, serviços e finanças para identificar oportunidades de crescimento, otimizar a eficiência e promover uma cultura de excelência operacional, a fim de atingir os objetivos e impulsionar o crescimento sustentável.

Esta posição faz parte do departamento de Vendas, localizado em Jundiaí - SP, e será híbrida (4 dias por semana no escritório, com planos de transição para 3 dias por semana no futuro).

Neste cargo, um dia típico incluirá:

  • Desenvolver e implementar a estratégia de crescimento comercial da empresa, alinhada com os objetivos de longo prazo da organização.

  • Liderar iniciativas de VES Growth, garantindo a implementação de práticas de melhoria contínua em todas as operações comerciais.

  • Analisar dados de desempenho comercial para identificar oportunidades de otimização e crescimento.

  • Colaborar com as equipes de vendas, CoE e marketing para criar e executar planos de crescimento que aumentem a receita e a participação de mercado.

  • Implementar metodologias de VES Management para melhorar a eficiência dos processos e reduzir desperdícios.

  • Desenvolver e monitorar KPIs relevantes para medir o sucesso das estratégias comerciais e de melhoria contínua.

Os requisitos essenciais para o cargo incluem:

  • Mais de 5 anos de experiência comprovada em cargos de liderança comercial e estratégia, com sólido conhecimento de metodologias de melhoria contínua.

  • Sucesso comprovado no desenvolvimento e execução de estratégias comerciais, com habilidades analíticas para interpretar dados complexos e traduzi-los em ações estratégicas.

  • Experiência em gestão de projetos de transformação digital é um diferencial, juntamente com um histórico de resultados alinhados aos objetivos da função.

  • Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, Economia ou áreas correlatas; pós-graduação ou MBA são diferenciais.

  • Inglês fluente; outros idiomas, especialmente o espanhol, serão considerados um diferencial.
